Passenger demand results in Gulf Air adding a third daily flight from Heathrow to Bahrain
Gulf Air has introduced a third daily, non-stop service between Bahrain and London. The new service means there is now one morning flight and two evening flights from Heathrow airport.
In the return direction, from Bahrain to London, there is a choice of morning, afternoon and evening flights.
“The United Kingdom is a very important market for our airline and, with growing passenger demand, this new addition is part of our efforts to strengthen and deliver a better product to our customers,” says acting president and chief executive Björn Näf.
Passenger numbers in First and Business classes between Bahrain and London have risen notably in the past 12 months. “This growth has shown us our customers are opting to fly Gulf Air as their airline of choice,” says acting executive vice president sales & marketing Danny Barranger. “Customers can now complete their busy schedule in Bahrain and still attend that all-important dinner appointment in London, making Gulf Air better for business.”
